How do I care for the jewelry?

Most of the pieces seen on this site are sterling silver unless otherwise specified. A good polishing cloth is the easiest way to clean silver. For the semi-precious stones, simply wash with water and towel dry. Keep all jewelry away from chemicals including hair spray, cologne or perfume and lotions. The easiest way to do this is to put your jewelry on last.

What if my jewelry breaks?

Please send back the components of any broken jewelry. If it is a stock item, we will replace it. If it is a one-of-a-kind item, you will have the option of a refund or having us rebuild the piece. This warranty is in effect for 30 days from receipt of item.

Can I custom order jewelry?

At this time, we do not have the facilities for custom ordered jewelry, although we are looking at that option.

How do I get a one of a kind item?

Most of our items are one-of-a-kind. Even our stock items are hand-crafted in the US, so each stone and finding is hand selected. It would be hard to have any two pieces identical.

What type of quality stones am I getting?

We work primarily with semi-precious stones, lapis, turquoise, pearls, garnet, etc. If we do not know the exact stone, it will be marked natural stone. All items that are not natural stone, i.e. glass, ceramic, etc., will be noted. Our secondary focus is dichroic glass. This is a layered, fused glass that gives you beautiful color and depth.

Can I purchase custom sizes?

We carry a variety of sizes for the hard-to-fit. If you need a size not listed, please feel free to give us your recommendations.
